 This is actually another recreatehandle problem.  Looks like your
 ResetDeviceContext bug was fixed after 1.1.18 was tarred up.
 
 Commenting out the this.MaximizeBox = false; line in FormTest.cs makes
 this work.

+and, just like bug 79669, this one is also fixed.  Was fixed shortly
+after the 1.1.18 tarball was made.

+Turns out all my wheel spinning was that I never rebuilt/reinstalled
+the 2.0 version of System.Windows.Forms.dll.
