+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. rm your ~/.mono/ to get rid of the nunit registry settings
+2. start up nunit-gui, no assembly should be loaded
+3. press alt+R
+
+Actual Results:
+nunit-gui exits immediately, presumably due to an exception being thrown.
+
+Expected Results:
+should have no effect.
+
+How often does this happen?

+This is a newly introduced issue -- this didn't used to happen.
