+Description of Problem:
+The MDI has many problems when showing a child window.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. build and run the attached

+Actual Results:
+The MDI child window does not refresh when the program first runs. When
+maximizing, there are issues with the min/max/restore decorations. If
+another child window is created (by clicking the 'BTN' button), then many
+more refresh issues and resizing issues arrise.

+Normal MDI child and container behaviour
