+Description of Problem:

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Create a WinForm that contains a combobox with several entries.
+2. Compile and launch the application.
+3. One time only the combobox can be activated and another entry selected.
+4. Subsequent attempts to activate the combobox do nothing, and editing the text does not fire 
+events.
+
+Actual Results:
+All attetmpts to select an entry in the combobox should work as with the first time.
+
+Expected Results:
+Only the first activation works.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always.
