 This is not a FileDialog bug but a IO problem.
 
 FileDialog uses only System.IO stuff to read the content of directories.
 
 So, not a Managed.Windows.Forms problem.

+I mean, I agree is not a SWF bug but it is hitting us badly. Not been
+able to select files with specials chars in Win32 is not funny :). I
+cannot select any of my documents for example.
