+Starting with 1.1.17 xsp.exe must be installed into the GAC
+and it should be started using the provided xsp/xsp2 shell scripts.
+xsp's "make install" does this job.

+Assure that you don't run $prefix/lib/xsp/2.0/xsp.exe by mistake.
