+Description of Problem:
+Creating a NotifyIcon does not place an icon in my system tray.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Compile the swf-notifyicon.cs test case (in trunk/winforms/notifyicon)
+and run it
+2. Do the Hokey-Pokey
+
+Actual Results:
+My system tray applet shows a 1px size increase; this area doesn't seem to
+be attached to the icon as I never see the tooltip attached to the
+NotifyIcon, nor can I access it's context menu.
+
+Expected Results:
+The NotifyIcon should show up and work properly.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Every time.
+
+Additional Information:
+This was discovered on mono 1.1.13; took it home and it is the same on
+1.1.17.1.  I have yet to compile from svn (which I will do soon, as it
+seems the XplatUI stuff has had some activity lately).
