+Description of Problem:
+
+Installing mono-1.2.1-gtksharp-2.8.3-win32-1.exe on Windows XP produces an
+installation that does not contain System.Data.SqlClient.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Install mono-1.2.1-gtksharp-2.8.3-win32-1.exe.
+2. Execute the following command line: 
+   dir 'c:\program files\mono-1.2.1\System.Data.Sql*.*' /s
+
+
+Actual Results:
+
+"File Not found." at the command line.
+
+
+Expected Results:
+
+There should be some support for System.Data.SqlClient, according to
+http://www.mono-project.com/SQL_Client.
+
+
+How often does this happen? 
+
+Always.
