+If you try to move the thumb of a combobox dropdown listbox with the mouse
+and the mouse cursor leaves the scrollbar area (while the button is still
+pressed) the scrollbar thumb stops moving.
+
+Expected behaviour (like in other controls) is that the thumb still moves
+although the mouse cursor is not over the scrollbar control.
