+Description of Problem:
+Cannot use the drag box in the scrollbar in the combobox drop down to
+select bottom items.  It stops dragging before you get to the bottom. 
+Clicking the down arrow will not let you scroll to the last item(s) either.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Run attachment.
+2. Drop down the combobox.
+3. Pull the scrollbar's slider box to the very bottom.
+
+Actual Results:
+The last item shown is "T".
+
+Expected Results:
+The last item should be "Z".
+
+Additional Information:
+You also cannot click the scrollbar's down arrow to get past "T", but I
+assume that is related to this bug.
