+When the scrollbar thumd is moved to the bottom of the dropdown list and 
+you release the thumb, moving the mousepointer still causes the thumb to 
+follow the mouse movements.
+
+To reproduce:
+1. compile and run the attached code snippet.
+2. follow the on-screen instructions on tab #1.
