 Afaik you can't use print preview on windows when you don't have a
 printer installed. However, if you're able to print to a PDF file, it
 should work.

+There was a bug in the check for a valid printer so it would never try

+Remaining problem now seem to be the PrintDialog losing the
+PrinterSettings information when it is called.
