+When a value was manually entered in the NumericUpDown control, then 
+changing the value of the Hexadecimal or ThousandsSeparator properties 
+does not have any effect.
+
+To reproduce:
+1. compile and run the attached code snippet.
+2. following the on-screen instructions on tab #1 and tab #2.
