Summary: [TEST] nant enters endless loop on mono >= 1.1.17

Description of Problem:

On mono newer than 1.1.17 (at this moment - 1.1.18, 1.2), nant (any of .85
releases) is able to build itself, but fall into endless loop when handling
more complicated projects. Guessing from the trace, either something broke
in System.Xml or in the way nant uses it. This problem arises both on linux
and windows.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try to build the attached project with nant.

Actual Results:
mono CPU consumtion goes to 100% for a few seconds, then drops almost to 0.
NAnt stops after printing what target it is going to build.

Expected Results:
NAnt reports build failure (no files specified for input to csc).

How often does this happen?
Always.

Additional Information:
This does not happen with mono older than 1.1.18.
