 The protocols HttpGet and HttpPost are already defined in
 machine.config. I guess it's crashing because web.config is defining
 them again, but I think it shouldn't crash.

+This issue was (AFAIR recently) fixed in svn, in System.Configuration
+land. I just verified it now.
