+When using ColorDialog to define a custom color, then a 
+NullReferenceException is thrown when clicking the "Add Colors" button.
+
+To reproduce:
+
+1. compile and run the attached code snippet.
+2. follow the on-screen instructions.
+
+Minor remarks:
+
+On MS, these buttons are labelled "Define Custom Colors" and "Add to 
+Custom Colors" instead of "Define Colors" and "Add Colors".
