+Description of Problem:
+Using Mono 1.2, I get the following error when compiling any program using
+gmcs and scons:
+
+$ scons
+scons: Reading SConscript files ...
+scons: done reading SConscript files.
+scons: Building targets ...
+gmcs -out:/home/test/test.exe test.cs
+
+Unhandled Exception: System.TypeInitializationException: An exception was
+thrown by the type initializer for Mono.CSharp.Report --->

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Use the builder at
+http://www.scons.org/cgi-sys/cgiwrap/scons/moin.cgi/CsharpBuilder with
+scons to build a program. Use the gmcs compiler.
+
+Actual Results:
+Compiling fails with the exception above.
+
+Expected Results:
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always.
+
+Additional Information:
+Compiling using mcs works.
