+after navigating through the first relation, the parent rows should display
+"pa".  On mono, they display nothing.
+
+Also, notice that on mono we always have an additional column being
+displayed.  Not sure if this is a datagrid issue or a dataview/datarowview
+issue or what.  More investigation is needed.
