Summary: Response.Redirect, mod_mono & multiple browser connections

Description of Problem:

Pages that contains Response.Redirect are not working correctly under load
testing with mod_mono.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Deploy Test Application (attached)
2. Create test with MS Application Center Test (or similar software) that
simulates click on first-page-button then click on the second page button.
3. Run the test with more than 10 simultaneous browser connections. I used
100.

attachement)

How often does this happen?
every time
