+When you remove all nodes from a TreeView, the previously drawn scrollbars
+remain visible.
+
+Clicking on them results in an ArgumentOutOfRangeException.
+
+To reproduce:
+
+1. extract the attached (gzipped) tar archive.
+2. compile test.cs (using mcs).
+3. run it.
+4. follow the on-screen instructions.
