+Description of Problem:

+When a horizontal scrollbar is displayed, the tree control cuts off part of
+the last visible item in the tree
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Display a form with a tree control that can be resized (I used NUnit)
+2. Size control so that a horizontal and vertical scrollbars are shown.
+3. Scroll to the bottom
+
+Actual Results:
+
+The last value is cut off
+
+Expected Results:
+
+Display last value in its entirety
+
