+Rolf, even after you latest fixes I still see some issues:
+* dragging handle from top to bottom (and reverse) is sometimes very 
+slow
+* sometimes, attempting to drag the handle fails causing it to move

+To reproduce:
+1. Drag handle to top and let go mousebutton.
+2. Drag handle to bottom and let mousebutton go.
+3. Finally, try to drag handle to top.

+Sometimes I even have it in step 1, but I can at least reproduce it 
+if I perform all three steps.

+Also, when the trackbar starts to move very slowly let go 
+mousebutton and attempt to drag handle down again. You should see it 
+jump up a little now.
