 Can you clarify how to reproduce the problems.  With number two, only
 clicks to the checkbox are supposed to change the check state, afaict.

+For 2, it is "double click", not single click:
+
+- Check "CheckBoxes" on.
+- Click "Add Items", "Del Items" and "Add Items" in order to show
+checkboxes.
