+MDI resize behaviour needs a little bit more love...
+
+- double clicking the caption/title of a resizable mdi window doesn't
+maximize it (it does on windows)
+
+- when a resizable window is maximized a caption/title click hides the
+title buttons, aka close, maxi-/minimize, hide (after a redraw they are
+visible again)
+
+- After a resize the cursor doesn't change back to normal when the cursor
+pos is inside the resized window
+
+- changing the height of a mdi window (with the mouse) leaves artifacts on
+the left and right side in the mdi window border
+
+- changing the width of a mdi window (with the mouse) you get artifacts in
+the bottom border and the caption/title doesn't redraw correctly. it
+updates only the new caption/title area (see attached screenshot)
