Summary: [PATCH] Graphics.FillRectangle() should not call GDI+ GdipFillRectangles(I)

Currently mono calls GdipFillRectangles() for Graphics.FillRectangle even
if the argument rectangle array is empty. In that case Windows native GDI+
(not our libgdiplus) returns InvalidParameter status. So we should just
ignore empty array.

Patch being attached.
