 Fixed in SVN (r60711) by reverting r52463 on pen.c.
 
 Note that this will make some line look worse (missing end pixel wrt
 gdi+) but the hack only worked when the pen's width was 1.

+I reopen this bug because it is not acceptable for MWF that end pixels

+Take a look at the new screenshot. Various controls look really ugly
