+Description of Problem:
+There should be a method for defining embedded resources in ModuleBuilder:
+http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-US/library/system.reflection.emit.modulebuilder.definemanifestresource.aspx
+
+It should perform similar logic to current internal method EmbedResource in
+AssemblyBuilder.
+It should be used by gmcs to define resources on compiler program.
