+When you set the Anchor of a ProgressBar to All and resize the form or
+control or... ProgressBar doesn't redraw.
+
+To reproduce:
+
+Start swf-progressbars in winforms/progressbar.
+
+Start the timer. Stop it after a few seconds. Resize the Form.
+
+Attached is (as usual :-) a screenshot.
