+Description of Problem:
+wsdl is failing to generate proxy code.  Supposededly the windows tool
+wsdl.exe successfully generates the proxy with the latest patch. Even
+though it required this patch http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892202/
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. issue the following command:
+
+wsdl
+http://webservices.sabre.com/wsdl/sabreXML1.0.00/tpf/SabreCommandLLSRQ.wsdl
+
+Actual Results:
+error message:Mono Web Services Description Language Utility
+Error: a name did not start with a legal character 124 (|)
+http://webservices.sabre.com/wsdl/sabreXML1.0.00/tpf/XMLSchema.dtd Line
+103, position 90.
