 Just setting the Icon property for the form in the designer in 
 VS2003. So yes, the icon is in the form.resx.
 Why shouldn't it work? Works under MS.NET.

+same bug. He set the win32icon property and expected it to be used 
+for the app (and not just when seeing the app file in a file browser)
