 Please attach a testcase. I'm guessing that you're expecting by 
 including an icon to the .exe file (ie the Win32 icon) the icon will 
 be used which is wrong. You have to programatically set the icon 
 inside the app.

+Just setting the Icon property for the form in the designer in 
+VS2003. So yes, the icon is in the form.resx.
+Why shouldn't it work? Works under MS.NET.
