+Even your patch sadly would not have solved the issue, just shift 
+problems somewhere else. That's why the whole image handling has been 
+rewritten in libgdiplus a few weeks ago. This is not a bug anymore. 
+You need to either use libgdiplus from svn head or wait for the next
