+Description of Problem:
+Many pieces of SYs.Drawing and Sys.Windows.Forms are very difficult to test
+because a dynamic mock facility isn't available in mono by default. Adding
+nunit.mocks (by using the attached patch) would fix this. I have local test
+ updates that will need this to be committed before I can commit those.
