+This is not a rare bug. It occurs everytime my server application 
+runs. This is because my server application creates XmlSerializer 
+objects on mutliple-threads and from multiple processes on the same 
+system.

+For reference please look at the another bug (#78230) that I posted 
+very recently.

+I would request MONO team to kindly look into this issue and resolve
