+To repro, run winforms/colordialog sample and expand the dialog.  When you
+mouse over any button, you get an extra border drawn on the button.
+
+According to Peter:
+
+the hint I can give is put debug into the routine I fixed the ==/!= and see
+when its' called, and also check when (and where from)
+Hwnd.GetClientRectangle Hwnd.GetWindowRectangle is called
+
