+The fix is now backported to the 1.1.13 branch, so 1.1.13.5 and 1.1.4
+will include it.

+it yourself. Or you can use one of the binary packages in
+http://mono.ximian.com/daily. You only need to update System.XML.dll.
+once you have it just install it to the GAC.
