+This happens when you move the mouse fast. Behaviour on windows is that the
+scrollbar thumb still moves although the mouse cursor isn't in the
+scrollbar area anymore.

+You can reproduce it with FileDialog. Open a directory with many files and
+move the scrollbar thumb of the listview.
