+Description of Problem: List View hover select doesn't work

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. /winforms/listview
+2. Turn on hover select
+3. 
+
+Actual Results:
+We select item one time. You must leave control and come back for hover to
+select again; i.e. we only get one hover message.
+
+Expected Results:
+Can hover from item to item without leaving control.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Everytime
+
+Additional Information:
+Happens on windows as well.
