 Yes my patch seem's to be horrible... But I use Npgsql and cnc.State
 doesn't reflect the "REAL" connection state (it don't check if the
 connection is always alive). 
 You can do a test if you don't believe me!

+cnc.State don't check the real connection state (it's may be a Npsql bug?)
