+Yes I ran Gimp and i got
+Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by Xlib
+Gdk-WARNING **: cannot set locale modifiers

+but it won't crash when I press any keys.

+What I did was to change the Default Language to English (Philippines)
+in Administration>Language Support then restart. Then the bug will
+take effect.

+To get past the bug, I changed it to English (USA) then restarted ubuntu.
