+The tool windows in pdn overlap all other windows, it doesn't matter if the
+other windows are pdn windows or not.
+
+The pdn behaviour on windows is, that they only overlap the pdn main form,
+nothing else.
+
+Run pdn and open an other window (for example the gnome terminal) and move
+it  above, or let's say under :-), the pdn tool window.
