+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+using System.Drawing;
+using System.Windows.Forms;
+class Test : Form {
+    public Test() {
+        MinimumSize = new Size(200, 200);
+    }
+    static void Main() {
+        Application.Run(new Test());
+    }
+}
+
+Actual Results:
+The program crashes with the folowing message (Some paths have been 
+replaced with <...>):
+
