Summary: Scrolling causes inner control to dissapear

PROBLEM
------------------------------
If you put a Panel inside a Panel in the layout and set the outer Panel's
autoscroll = true and scroll it causes the inner Panel (or any other
control) to dissapear towards the left side of the application the more
you scroll until it dissapears.

TEST CASE
------------------------------
1. Click the "Resize" button
2. Use the scrollbar to scroll. You should see the inner orange Panel
slowly dissapear to the left hand side until it is completely gone.
