+Description of Problem:

+Create a PrivateFontCollection and add ttf files to it.
+PrivateFontCollection.Families[x]. Name property always returns "??????"
+with the number of ?s being equal to the length of the actual font name.
+
+Actual Results:
+?????
+
+Expected Results:
+Alba, Arial etc.
+
