+Fixed in svn. As for character conversion compatibility, I think MS
+iso-8859-6 should be fine since there seems no inconsistent mappings
+to iso-8859-6 itself. I regenerated CP28596.cs from the latest IBM ICU
+character mapping file (windows-28596-2000.ucm).
