+Description of Problem:

+The samples, such as the GtkDemo and GtkSharp-2.0 directories appear to be
+linked or compiled against the gtk-sharp 2.0.0.0 instead of the 2.4.0.0
+that is included with the package. This has been happening in 1.1.10 and
+1.1.13.
+

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Install Mono 1.1.13 on a clean XP system.
+2. Open up the mono command line.
+3. Go to C:\Program Files\Mono-1.1.13\Samples\GtkDemo
+4. "mono GtkDemo.exe"
+
+Actual Results:
+
+It complains that it cannot find version gtk-sharp 2.0.0.0 and doesn't run.
+
+Expected Results:
+
+It should work.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+
+Every time in the system, it appears to be a missing reference.
