 build against system cairo. Note that building with integrated cairo is broken, because Makefile.am is edited to omit the cairo directory. Please change this to a conditional.

+Using an internal version of cairo is on purpose and will not change 
+for the forseeable future. This avoids dependency issues we have 
+experienced in the past, amongst other things. Since cairo is 
+statically linked into libgdiplus there is also no disadvantage to 
+the user.
