+Steps:
+1. Downloaded latest version from
+http://primates.ximian.com/~martin/debugger/mono-debugger-0.11.tar.gz. 
+2. set variable PKG_CONFIG_PATH
+3. ran configure without problems
+4. ran make clean
+5. ran make and got the following error:
+
+make[2]: *** No rule to make target `Mono.Debugger.Cecil.dll', needed by
+`Mono.Debugger.dll'.  Stop.
+make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/matej/tmp/mono-debugger-0.11/wrapper'
+make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
+make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/matej/tmp/mono-debugger-0.11'
+make: *** [all] Error 2
+
+The build failed also on one another system. 
+
+Debugger doesn't work after "make install" (missing Mono.Debuger.dll).
+
