 Also note that I got ArgumentException with Mono because of 
 AssemblyNameFlags.Retargetable and I had to modify it (int)
 AssemblyNameFlags.Retargetable while the original code works on 
 MS.NET.

+compilers as AssemblyBuilder.SetCustomAttribute should not treat
