Summary: Posting Large Files Fails

I am unable to post large files to a page. This is an issue we have
discussed before, but I just wanted to create a bug to track the issue.

Posting a large file from a browser to a page causes the memory usage on
the server to spike and result in the Mono processes either hanging or
disappearing.

I have seen the problem with files as small as 20 MB, and consistently
with 200 MB files. But it depends on the environment. I want to upload as
large as 4GB files from a browser.

I understand part of the problem is just the ASP.NET design, but I need a
solution on Mono.
